Alyssa Cass on the limited upside of sticking with Biden

Alyssa Cass explained to the Associated Press that due to anti-incumbent sentiment and Biden’s unpopularity, Kamala Harris has little to lose by breaking with the incumbent president.

“Biden is ‘an unpopular president in a global anti-incumbent mood,’ added Democratic strategist Alyssa Cass, adding that the small universe of undecided voters is particularly not enthralled by Biden.”
